We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation who is competitive in nature and has a strong sense of intellectual curiosity to join us. This role reports to RevCult’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and works closely with Sales, Marketing and the Product team to generate and optimize high-quality SQLs.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in B2B Demand Generation and 2-5 years in relevant marketing experience. Enterprise, SaaS, PaaS or cybersecurity specific experience is preferred
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic B2B demand gen and ABM programs to create a valuable and convertible pipeline
  • Excellent programmatic marketing knowledge (multi-stage, multi-touch campaign blueprinting and execution) and digital marketing knowledge (SEA, SEO, Email marketing, Web UX, partner marketing, retargeting)
  • Deep experience of marketing automation (Hubspot) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analytical, data-minded and measurement-focused, while also holding an eye for craftsmanship
  • High energy and creative, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead, take initiative and operate with minimal daily oversight
  • Previous experience building, managing and mentoring a team preferred

What You’ll Do

  • This is a new leadership opportunity within RevCult that allows someone to implement techniques and tools that they’ve used in the past or explore new techniques to help guide the growth of this function within the company
  • Build and run a scalable demand and lead generation strategy, leveraging inbound and outbound channels including website, email, PPC, trade shows, social, webinars, SEO and SEA
  • Manage and utilize automated marketing platform (Hubspot)
  • Supervise SDR team, and act as the primary liaison to sales and SDRs regarding new leads and pipeline created
  • Conduct market research (i.e., social, online, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify the right target accounts, market segments, and engagement techniques to create demand
  • Own and manage trade show and events strategy
